Eerste Studios Reclame!!!

Ahhh, ik werd net helemaal gek, ik zag de eerste officiele reclame van het nieuwe themapark "Walt Disney Studios" op tv. Het zag er echt super uit! Ik kan niet wachten tot de opening.

Zijn er nog meer mensen die zo naar de opening uitzien (moet haast wel, met een Armageddon attractie, een Disney animatie attractie, Tram Tour met Catastrophe Canyon, Dinotopia, Reign of Fire en Pearl Harbor en natuurlijk een heel pretpark gebaseerd op films;))

Waar bevind zich dit park??

Ik ben altijd wel in voor pretparken, dus uiteraard deze ook. Heb alleen de reclame nog niet gezien. Op welke zender zag je deze reclame dan??

Aah wat leuk. Een nieuw themapark. Vanaf 16 Maart open.

Disneyland Paris, Europe's premier tourist destination, will open a second theme park in spring of 2002. The Walt Disney Studios, which will be located next to the Disneyland Park, will bring the very best in cinema, the art of animation and television to life. The second park is based on a number of themes from European and American cinema. Guests will be able to learn about the movie making process as well as step into the action themselves!

The Walt Disney Studios park will be made up of four distinct production zones.

FRONT LOT
The main entrance to Walt Disney Studios will open onto a Mediterranean courtyard steeped in American and European History. As they walk through the majestic Studio Gates, guests will discover palm trees, a Mickey Mouse "Sorcerer's Apprentice" water fountain and a 33 metre tall water tower, the traditional symbol of a Hollywood film studio. The water tower at Walt Disney Studios is inspired by the one that has stood near the entrance to the Disney Studios in Burbank, California, since 1939.

Lights, Camera, Hollywood! is the first "studio" to be found within the new park. Once inside, guests find themselves on "Sunset Boulevard", only to realise soon after that the street is an elaborate film set, complete with hundreds of movie props. Lights, Camera, Hollywood!, the first stop on a magical journey through Walt Disney Studios, is also home to a restaurant and boutiques.

ANIMATION COURTYARD

Animation Courtyard is devoted to the art of animation. Film animation will be celebrated here with a variety of exhibits and shows dedicated to the development of animation from its origins in Europe to the greatest animated pictures of the 20th century.

As the name suggests, Art of Disney Animation offers guests the chance to learn the trade secrets of Disney animators, as well as try their own hand at this particular art form. A movie highlighting the very best moments from Disney's animated classics will be followed by a demonstration by a Disney artist, who will reveal all the different phases of character animation. Guests will then be able to try out their own animation skills at special interactive play stations.

Animagique is a colourful show in the great tradition of Czechoslovakian "black light" theatre. Animagique brings to life famous scenes from favourite Disney animated pictures, including The Lion King and Pinocchio, in a magical and mysterious atmosphere.

Flying Carpets over Agrabah sees children of all ages invited onto a film set by the Genie from Aladdin. There's mayhem all round as the actor turned director does his best to organise a film-shoot, where the guests whizzing round a giant genie's lamp on magic carpets are the stars.

PRODUCTION COURTYARD

This area is the heartbeat of the studio production facilities, with productions and shows taking place almost every day, offering guests an opportunity to live the magic - live!

The Walt Disney Television Studios is the home of the Disney Channel. Guests will be able to take a rare glimpse of a busy production facility via a glass corridor, and there's even a chance that guests might be selected to appear on TV during one of the shows.

Cinemagique offers a magical journey through the very best of 100 years of the moving image. Combining live performers and special effects, this tribute to European and U.S. cinema sees actors move in and out of the screen during some of cinema's most enduring and poignant moments.

The Studio Tram Tour will take guests on an insider's tour of the studio premises, offering guests a look behind the scenes at location sites, movie props, special effects, studio décor and central costuming. When the tram visits the explosive Catastrophe Canyon, guests will find out what being in the "hot seat" really means when they are plunged into the heart of a film shoot!

BACK LOT

The Back Lot is home to the special effects facility, the music recording stages and the stunt workshops. In this part rehearsal, part performance area, guests will also be able to take a sneak peak behind the scenes at the stunt rehearsal area.

Armageddon, Special Effects takes its name from the American science fiction blockbuster. This attraction will take guests on a voyage through the history of special effects and into the heart of Armageddon, the movie. Guests are then invited on board the Mir space station featured in the film, where a flaming meteor shower will offer a close up look at some very special effects!

Disney's long and innovative heritage of synchronising music with visual imagery arrives in the 21st century thanks to the collaboration of rock super group, Aerosmith. The Rock 'N' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith offers guest the chance to "ride the music" in this sight and sound spectacular featuring hairpin turns, loops and heart stopping drops.

Renowned stunt designer Remy Julienne has helped to create the action in an edge of the seat theatre show: the Stunt Show Spectacular. This live spectacle takes place in a 3,000 seat outdoor arena. Set in a tranquil Mediterranean seaside village, many daring stunts involving cars, motorbikes and jet skis will be filmed. The final edit is then broadcast on a giant screen, showing spectators how live action scenes from movies are put together. Action adventure guaranteed!

Waar bevind zich dit park??

Tussen Disney Village en Disneyland Park. Het ligt recht voor je als je van de parkeerplaats af komt lopen! Als je in Big Thunder Mountain zit, kun je het park helemaal zien liggen (als ze er intussen geen bomen voor hebben gezet...):)

Nou nou, hoe vaak ga je daar wel niet naar toe dan?? Ben je zo verslaafd aan pretparken, dat je precies weet wat waar ligt en hoe je het kan zien?

Uhm ja! Best erg hoor! Ik ben afgelopen jaar 34 keer naar een pretpark geweest, waarvan 5 dagen Disneyland Paris!
Vanmiddag ga ik weer 5 dagen boeken, voor als het tweede park open is:D:D:D

Dat is inderdaad wel heel erg, houd je nog wel geld over voor dvd's?? Want ik neem aan dat het niet goedkoop is om telkens weer een pretpark te bezoeken of heb je op elk park een jaarkaart?? Maar ook dat lijkt me niet goedkoop.:)

Dat is inderdaad wel heel erg, houd je nog wel geld over voor dvd's?? Want ik neem aan dat het niet goedkoop is om telkens weer een pretpark te bezoeken of heb je op elk park een jaarkaart?? Maar ook dat lijkt me niet goedkoop.:)

Nou, een Six Flags Europe jaar kaart voor 40 euro doet wonderen! (yoegang tot SFH, SFB, WBMW, Walibi Smurf, Bellewaerde). En voor de rest kost het wel veel ja, maar ja, het is mijn hobby he! En geld voor DVD's hou ik wel over ja ik koop er immers niet zo ontzettend veel (gemiddeld maar 1-2 per maand).

Dan heb je 2 prijzige hobbies, want 2 dvd's per maand is toch wel 100 piek per maand. :)
