Fox/MGM Home Entertainment has announced a two-disc collector's edition of Silence of the Lambs which stars Anthony Hopkins, and Jodie Foster. The set will be available to own from the 30th January, and should be priced at around $26.98. Extra material will include an Inside the Labyrinth making of documentary, a two part 'Page to Screen' documentary, a Jonathan Demme and Jodie Foster three-part documentary (The Beginning, Making The Silence of the Lambs, and Breaking the Silence), a Scoring the Silence featurette, and an original 1991 making-of featurette. Completing the package will be twenty-two deleted scenes, outtakes, TV spots, an Anthony Hopkins phone message, and trailers. On top of all that, the set will carry a four-page booklet and exclusive Hannibal Lecter recipe cards. Artwork is attached:

Fangoria got details on a new two-DVD Collector’s Edition of THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS that MGM Home Entertainment will release January 30. The set will include a remastered anamorphic widescreen transfer of Jonathan Demme’s modern horror classic, and the second disc will be cram-packed with extras:
