How to Train Your Dragon 2

Volgende week komt How to Train Your Dragon 2 uit op Blu-ray. Vandaag zag ik al een exemplaar staan bij Boekenvoordeel in Helmond. Ben blij dat ik 'm niet gekocht heb, want het lijkt erop dat de Europese uitgave extra's mist tegenover de Amerikaanse uitgave, namelijk een audiocommentaar, korte animatiefilm (hoewel kort, hij duurt 25 minuten) en een uitgebreide making of documentaire van bijna een uur. De cover van de Nederlandse uitgave maakt geen melding het audiocommentaar en de documentaire, wel van de korte animatiefilm, maar forumlid van Blu-ray.com die de Engelse uitgave in zijn bezit heeft schrijft dat deze extra's er niet op staan, ook de korte animatiefilm. Het zou me daarom verbazen als hij wel op de Nederlandse uitgave staat. Wie kan dit bevestigen?

Klopt. Het audiocommentaar en de lange docu staan er niet op.

Ik heb de UK versie ook in bestelling staan, komt als het goed is dinsdag binnen.
Ik ging eerst de US versie bestellen, maar er is nog geen zekerheid of deze regiovrij gaat zijn.
De NL BD heeft ook de Nederlandse en Franse titel op de hoes staan in het groot.

Ik denk dat de keuze voor de meesten voor de ene of de andere versie bepaald wordt door het feit of je Nederlandse ondertitels wilt hebben of niet. Heb je kinderen, dan wil je dat waarschijnlijk wel en dan vallen gewoon de buitenlandse versies af. En dan plak je de Franse tekst op de hoes gewoon af met een witte sticker. :???: Soms heb ik het idee dat Vlamingen meer problemen hebben met die Franse tekst dan Nederlanders. Toch een beetje vreemd voor een grotendeels tweetalig land.
Of: je koopt ze gewoon allebei, natuurlijk.

Dit avontuur staat waarschijnlijk niet op de buitenlandse release omdat ik denk dat deze daar los is/wordt uitgebracht.

Die extra's van die animatie film kijk ik toch nooit. Is toch altijd hetzelfde wat ze vertellen. Na jaren 3D animatie films weten we wel hoe het gemaakt word.

Wel onder de indruk van de animatie. Dit was van de bovenste plank! 3D versie is ook één van de betere die ik de laatste tijd zag.
