All you have to do is send a videotape (No more than 5 minuets) detailing to the ToeTag crew precisely how you envision your demise. If you’re the lucky winner ToeTag will travel to your city and put an end to your pathetic existence in the manner in which you chose. Be creative in your death scenarios. Selected entries will appear on the ToeTag website and be added as a Special Feature on the PENANCE DVD. This contest is intended for true fans of the August Underground movies.
