Ik denk dat hij van die covers die fans zelf met fotoshop in elkaar knustelen bedoelt. Snap ook echt niet waarom Criterion zo'n film uit moet brengen. Geld tekort? Kredietcrisis? Komt wel erg merkwaardig over voor zo'n zelfrespecterend bedrijf in ieder geval.

Paramount en Criterion hebben een deal gesloten voor de distributierechten van een bepaald aantal films. Paramount zal hebben gewild dat deze erbij zou komen. Waarom zou dit merkwaardig zijn? Is door Disney toen ook gedaan.

Van Cronos is er al een uitstekende Uk versie met tal van extra's. Deze Criterion lijkt mij dan ook vrij overbodig.

dan ben ik benieuwd naar de vergelijking tussen beide versies

Ze brengen wel een aantal relatief recente films uit, met Benjamin Button en Cronos. Ben benieuwd wat er nog meer komt... Hoop dat ze volgende week eindelijk eens The human condition trilogy aankondingen

Nog twee nieuwe titels. Repulsion heb ik al van Anchor Bay en lijkt me zo niet een upgrade waard. Geweldige film!!

Die Human Condition die voegt niet echt veel toe aan de goedkopere NL versie volgens mij.

Repulsion komt er sowieso (ik heb de r2nl). Andere moet ik ff afwachten.

Een box van Polanski incl Repulsion was geloof ik zo'n 16 euro. Waarom dan toch gaan voor de dure Criterion? De Anchor Bay heeft echt prima beeld en geluid en nog eens bijna exact dezelfde extra's.

Vergeet de reissue van For All Mankind (DVD voor laag prijspunt en BR op hoog prijspunt) niet, wat mij betreft de enige die de moeite waard is om aan te schaffen:

Extra documentaire en essay, mogelijk nog beter beeld ook. Bovendien is de Anchor Bay OOP en kost die klauwen met geld (18 pond bij amazon, 43 euro bij play). En als ik ga double dippen, dan kan ik het maar beter gelijk goed doen. Maar bedankt voor je tips.

Geweldige maand! Meen me toch te herinneren dat het beeld van de Human condition R2NL versie niet zo goed is, dus deze komt er zeker in.
Repulsion heb ik nog niet dus ook die komt er wel in, net als de 2 Godard`s. Deze is er nl. ook nog:

Eindelijk weer eens een echt goede maand!
