DVDCrave creditcard fraude

DVDCrave heeft bevestigd dat de CC-gegevens van hun klanten zijn gestolen door fraudeurs. Iedereen die vanaf 2003 iets bij DVDCrave heeft besteld en heeft betaald met CC loopt het gevaar dat hun CC misbruikt is/wordt door malafide lieden, dus wees gewaarschuwd.

This is only relevent to customers who have placed an order on our new site, which launched in November 2003. At this time I can not go into the ins and outs of exactly what happened, simply because its a bit over my head.

Our bank contacts Visa and Mastercard, and requests the cards to be cancelled from my understanding.

Up until a couple months ago, we required the card number to process any refunds. Now we only require some of the card numbers to process refunds,
so delete the un-required numbers. All the necessary changes to ensure this doesn't happen again has been implemented.

Wat een stelletje ........sukkels..... daar. GEEN mailtje van ze gehad terwijl mailadres nog bestaat en niets in spamvakje. Ergste is dat ik op vakantie (sinds 1 september) ineens niet meer kon betalen overal met m'n VISA. Gebeld naar Nederlandse klantenservice en bleek dat er door fraude bij een 'australische winkel' aantallen kaarten preventief werden geblokkeerd.

Na 2 weken lag er thuis gisteren een nieuwe kaart op de mat
