Buena Vista Home Entertainment have announced the Region 1 DVD release of No Country For Old Men on 11th March 2008 priced at $29.99 SRP. Nominated for 8 Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Director, Joel and Ethan Coen wrote, directed and produced No Country for Old Men based on the novel by author Cormac McCarthy.
Violence and mayhem erupt in the parched scrubland and panoramic skies of West Texas after Llewelyn Moss (Josh Brolin) stumbles on a suitcase containing $2 million dollars at the site of drug deal gone bad. Fleeing with the money, he is stalked relentlessly by hired gun Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem), an unstoppable sociopathic killer unafraid to leave a bloody trail in the wake of his cold-blooded search to recover the cash. As Moss scrambles to hang on to the money and his life, small-town sheriff Ed Tom Bell (Tommy Lee Jones) closes in on both men in a tautly plotted cat-and-mouse game that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats until the final credits roll.

Bij Pacific staat er overigens wel bij dat er engelse subs op staan. Misschien dat ze alleen de 'vreemde' talen noemen bij dvdtimes.

ik had het besteld,maar het werd mij te link omdat axelmusic niet wist welke ondertitels er waren en bovendien gaven de andere sites aan dat er alleen maar Franse en Spaanse ondertitels waren ,dus heb het maar geannuleerd
maja anders wordt het w8en maar op de Nederlandse versie

Vandaag de dvd binnen en meteen maar nagekeken, het staat niet op de hoes maar bevat wel Engelse subs voor doven en slechthorenden.

Heb hem zelf vandaag ook binnen gekregen en het zag er wel goed uit,denk niet echt dat je bij deze film veel ondertiteling nodig hebt,behalve dan bij de scenes waarin Tommy Jones aan het woord is
