Dear reader,
As you can read I have had an issue with the received blu-ray I have ordered with you.
There are still a few blanks I would like to fill in upon sending the received item back to you.
In the e-mail you state that you request me to use a secure, recorded delivery.
You als state that standard postage refund will be issued.
Seeing I do not live in the UK but in Holland instead it'll cost me approx. € 20,00 to return this item in order to receive a new copy of the blu-ray that I have ordered.
Will the costs I will make to return this item to you, refunded?
And can you guarantee that the new copy of the TIN (steelbook) blu-ray I have ordered will be delivered in a matter that the TIN (steelbook) can't be damaged?
If I am going to spend € 20,00 to send this item back to you with the chance this amount will not be refunded it'll be redundant to actually send this item back, especially if you can't guarantee that the new item will be delivered damage free.
As I know
play.com keeps his service high and values his costumers I fully believe we will come to a suitable agreement on this matter.
